Great photo, Simon!
The long exposure creates some estrangement effect - and, of course, these ships very neatly have placed themselves exactly on the horizon. This is not real!

Thanks for the comments Harald, Sashi and Tony!
When I took the photo, it was all about the red dashes on the horizon so I didn't even consider B/W. Now that I tried it however (and added some drama), I quite like it-
