I don't have an a580 so can't confirm but according to Sony the a580's ISO range is 100-12800. You're saying it's one stop higher? Can another a580 owner confirm this? MFNR is included in the DB here, in the Metering/Scene Modes as hand-held night shot.

Just to clarify, 25600 is only in the multi-frame noise reduction mode. The normal ISO range is 100-12800.

Due to the nature of this multi-frame NR i have decided to rework the whole database and add this as a separate datafield. The updated camera database will be updates soon

Camera database updated; new "NR Multiframe" field added.

Now, from my quick search i found that the only models that have this feature are a35, a55, a580, a65 and a77. Did I miss more models having this JPG trick?

Sorry, that's wrong - I forgot about some earlier models also introduced in 2010. Let's say instead... the A560/A580 and all SLTs.
