Some nice sceneries Joe, making me look forward to the better weather seasons here.
I prefer #1 over 2 with the tree adding some depth.
#2 is slightly tilted counter clock wise and lacks some interesting subjects for me. In #3 the curved line takes you immediately to the ladies at the left. I would probably have cropped #4 a bit to emphasize the silhouettes in the center (not an issue with this combo ). #5 has some nice movement with the kids running.
The last has a nice compo with the land tongue but could use some cropping as well with the sky not adding much to the picture IMHO. TFS

Some very pleasant summer scenes Joe. I'll second Fred's observations on #5 and 6, that the kids running and the beach cricket add an interesting element of action. TFS!

Thanks for the feedback and helpful comments.

Just as a PS, I was pleasantly surprised to see photo #5 featured as the leading image to the ABC 7pm News weather report on TV tonight.

Congrats on making the news, they make me miss the weather Joe. In contrast,I have a few from a winters walk on the beach yesterday. Also trying out the Contax Zeiss Vario Sonnar 35-70mm 3.4 before deciding whether to have it Leitaxed or not for use on the A99ii also.
