I'm considering to get some prints/posters made from some pictures, especially b/w pictures. While looking for a specialized b/w print service, I came across Ilford Lab Direct. They make b/w prints (even from digital photos) on "genuine ILFORD Black and White silver gelatin RC photographic paper". So 'the real stuff', not an inkjet print.

Has anybody used their service? What were your experiences?

The prices for real photographic prints seem very reasonable.

For future reference: since nobody shared bad experiences , I ordered two prints to check the quality. And the prints are nice, real silver halide prints, with nice blacks.
Only downside: paper choice is limited: only glossy or semi matte PE, in the old days I preferred barite paper.
