Phew! Finally over the line with Day 7, and as last year a great event to be part of with the interactivity amongst participants all around the world and an amazing range of quality images, every one captured at 50mm.

Melbourne's iconic bathing boxes at Brighton Beach. When I set out it was overcast but by the time I arrived the sun burst through, and I found my 1/8000 shutter wasn't fast enough to cope with my self imposed f1.4 aperture. I hadn't thought I'd need to bring a ND filter, so in order to get a well exposed image I've broken my wide open rule for my last entry.

The limiting factor of image quality rather will be the inability of the photographer than the clearly distinct shortcomings of the camera ;-)
