Picked mine up today, 30 min drive each way but seems worth it. Have not been in a Sears in many years, what a dump that store has become.

Does not show A99 or Nex6, probably due to flash shoe change.

It works great on the NEX 6 with the adapter. I assume it works on the A99 as well. I also use it on my A700 instead of the pop-up flash for those times that I need a little extra light and don't want to mount a bigger flash (or when I need the flash a little higher to avoid having the lens block the light when using a bigger lens).

I have this flash and you have to use the adapter on the A99, but it works fine. Better than my HVL56 which is kind of wobbly on the adapter.
