I took this last weekend while leaning out of a boat speeding through a canal in Bangkok. The aim being to get a sense of the water rushing past by getting close to the water. The discomfort factor is fairly obvious. In fact this was the last of 3 photos - I called a halt at this point because the inevitable happened & I got a splash of water on the camera. No harm done.

Here is the photo:

You can find the EXIF here, but the summary is:
Make                            : SONY
Camera Model Name               : SLT-A58
Orientation                     : Horizontal (normal)
Software                        : DxO Optics Pro 9.5.1
Exposure Time                   : 1/200
F Number                        : 7.1
Exposure Program               : Program AE
ISO                             : 100
Date/Time Original              : 2014:07:26 12:47:41
Metering Mode                   : Multi-segment
Flash                           : Off, Did not fire
Focal Length                    : 18.0 mm
Lens Model                      : DT 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 SAM

I cropped a few pixels from the left of frame (only) to get rid of a bit of building.
EDIT: That should be right of frame not left.

Cheers

@Atom Ant: Nicely (and bravely) done, Tony! The challenge of the assignment has clearly been met. As an advanced assignment, we expect to see a good image as well and you have managed that end of the assignment as well. I like the sense of motion that you were able to achieve with the water, the slightly disorienting tilt, and the receding perspective created by the lines of the boat and wharf. That's a pass.

Cheers... Brian

P.S. With this entry, you become only the second person to have passed all of the new assignments! Congratulations!

Thanks Brian - I'm really chuffed!

And thanks to you & the other judges for all your feedback.

Now I'm sure we have a bottle of Champagne somewhere...
