2nd attempt! Not much of an image but hopefully the llama is peeking in the correct place.

MarkyB, I'm much better at judging ROT then golden mean, but I think this is a pass, so you can move on.

dannymatronic, I think the lama is slightly too much to the right, but not enough to deny the pass. So you can move on as well.

@ cucco

Your first misses because the cat's head is midway between top and bottom, not 1/3rd or 2/3d. With #2 the eye is confused as to where the ROT point is. The statues head is a bit low in the pic. The closest thing to a one-third mark is probably the join between statue and plinth, but you probably did not intend that.

Close, but no prize this time, so please try again.

Hi Hornoiua -
I guess it's just us two on this forum for now...
To easily share your images on this forum, go to the "share" tab in Flickr. From there, choose the "Grab the HTML/BBCode" option. Then choose the size (I've been recently smacked for choosing too small, so go as big as you can) and select BBCode (instead of HTML). Copy the entire set of code and paste it in. If you want, you can get rid of the extra code in there that shows the photo name and person, but I personally just leave it all in. It makes it easier.
Cheers-
J

@ Hornoiua, I think his head is too much vertically centered for an ROT pass, so pls. try again.

But as such I like the shot a lot, very good kid portrait.

@ IrregularPulse, welcome to Dyxum and that's a pass, the smiling mother's face is placed just right for ROT. Lovely picture also, you can just feel the young family fun from it (allthough the baby isn't fully sure yet )

@Hornoiua, I think horizontally ROT is on, but vertically it's too centered, so pls. try again. Obviously for you also welcome to Dyxum.

@ StPeter. That's a pass. The picture is in the right place and the "glob"on the left kind of supports it at the opposite ROT line.

@ Ends of Places, welcome to Dyxum and very courageous to start in the assignments. Hope you will have a good time on our forum. Regarding the picture I don't see a lot of ROT except maybe a line approx. 1/3 from the bottom but it's not really providing a lot of compositional emphasis. So pls. try again.
