Well, the city of Rotterdam has strong ties with it's harbor history. This pic was put up near Maritiem Museum. The Museum has a historical harbour anyone can visit; al kinds of old ships & boats to see and look around on.
I think this particular pic was chosen for its "old meets new era" kinda of style
