Hello. I haven't been to this sight for a while but I'm back with my head in my hands looking for an answer to a question I have. To enable rear curtain sync, is it as simple as selecting that option in the flash menu? I don't have a Sony flash. I have a Nissin and a Godox ad200. I can't find an answer to this question in the flash manuals. TIA for any help.

It's something you set on the camera in the part of the menu for flash settings .
Ie , rear curtain sync , red eye reduction , wireless flash etc .

It's when the flash is triggered that the camera tell the flash to fire ,this will work with any compatible flash . On camera flash , hotshoe mounted flash or wireless TTL flash .

If your camera has Quick Nav , press the function button (Fn) and scroll over to the flash setting's bit and scroll threw the options with your dial .
