Continued from Self-Portrait Thursday 6.

Simple rules: You're only allowed to post on Thursdays, and you guessed right, one self portrait and one only per week. We encourage you to share any advanced settings and technique!

Oh, one thing that we totaly forgot in the Self Portrait threads:
"How to"

This shot I had one flash with softbox over the camera tilted 45° towards my face and one flash against back wall, a white IKEA curtain.
Set up the flashes with a handheld flash meter, a minolta Flash meter VI, , wall flash 1 stop stronger then the top flash.

Well, I had birthday so took one fast picture of me with my little "princesscake" :D



Sony a850 & Sigma 28/1,8.. one low-powered flash bounced from right corner to give some light to my face.
