Go to this link and there are 3 new cameras on the picture on the top.
Also on the menu of the left it says DSLR cameras by style and there is a family class and advanced class. I think we'll see new cameras anytime soon now.

A300 + video sounds nice - if the price is right anyway. My gf loves video & it would be cool if she could use all my lenses for it. |

interessting thing on sony.de
only a350 and a900 are listed by name in the menu, a700 and a300 can only be found under "avaiable cameras". no a200 any more.... |

My source has seen these three cameras, it was sent to his work place from Sony by mistake and was soon taken away and sent to it's real destination.
We will also see a a800 AND A1000!!!!! "the sonystig" as i call this person, has not seen the two latter but has received confirmation that these will come this year as well, hence i've sold my a700 and use my wife's A350 for the time being, that stinks but, now i can save for the new ones... |

It's still there. Choose (in the drop down menu) digital cameras, then (in the second drop down menu) DSLR, then you'll find it listed.

It is strange. The A300 and A350 are relatively new. I would expect to see A700 replacement first. On the other hand, the big market is in the entry level, so maybe it makes sense for Sony to put effort there.
I hope trygve is right. I am waiting for A800 (and if I don't like it, I'll buy another A700...). |

No such thing as a Rokkor camera, only Rokkor lenses; so I assume you mean a manual focus Minolta film SLR. If you can afford to buy a brand new Sony DSLR, you can surely afford to buy an old Minolta. |
