I haven't posted in quite a while. Here is the first shot of a mantis I came upon while hiking this morning. Shot with Sony A7 and 70-210mm f/4 at f/4 and ISO500

If I saw that, I'd run a mile, especially with that 'knowing look' that you caught there. Nicely uncluttered background too. Good one!

Great shot, what a luminous green ! He's got a great pose, like he's turning around giving you a cheeky smile.
