Very strange, I am on my smartphone now and I see them. I'll take another look on my computer tomorrow if they appeared there as well. It's now already shut down for the day.

Using Firefox on my Mac I could see none of the three photos from AnneM on page 10; with Chrome I can. Safari did not show them either.

Closer inspection revealed that a format known as .webp is used for the pictures,

WebP is an image format developed by Google in 2010. The format allows users to save an image in either lossy or lossless format. Google has made bold claims about the compression efficiency of the format stating that it can be up to 34% smaller than the equivalent JPEG or PNG file.

I guess this is why Chrome shows the picture ... and maybe Android phones too?

Anne, none of your pictures are showing

Ok, I see them loud and clear. How can
Using Google is not the most optimum host. Conventional wisdom is you need to manually add #.jpg at the end of the picture URL (not the page URL) but I tried to edit your posts and that doesn't work with the links you provided either

I think its solved, I removed -p -rw
Now I can see them in IE to

Thx all, for the brainstorming

That's great Anne, I would probably have never found that.

This morning in firefox I could see all three your pictures but not the one where Addy Landzaat quoted your post. I edited that one by taking out the -p-rw and voila, now it shows the same picture for me in firefox as well.

I'll add this to the knowledge base for posting pictures from google so we can more easily find it back in the future. Thanks for your help and all is well that ends well!
