Dear Dyxumers,

Eventually I managed to finish vote counting and I am pleased to announce the photo which won the competition this time:

"Summertime and the livin' is easy " by svjetlana

As usual we have also Honourable Mention awards which go to:

"Best thing during a hot day" by Kienitz

and

"Sunset Surfer" by fem2008

and

"Kite racing at the Golden Gate" by waldo_posth

Congratulations to the winner and the HMs and thank you all for voting and participation in this DPC ...

Happy shooting,
MiPr

As one Dyxumer pointed out in a PM to me - one of the votes was missed in counting: the Dyxum who voted has not followed the voting format so my scripts which retrieve votes from web pages missed it. From the formal point of view this vote should not be counted but including it does not hurt, does it?

So, with the missing vote added the winner remain the same but I'm happy to say that we have another Honourable Mention in this DPC

A fine set of pics! I'm sure on a different day, any of these pics could have been winners.

Congrats Svjetlana for the winning shot (if there is a Hall of Fame for Hall of famers, then you'd be in it ). I am honored to be included as a finalist. Congrats to all HMs.
