I am pleased to announce the photo which won the competition in this DPC:

3 very different pictures but all of excellent quality. Congrats to the winner, well deserved and the runners up also congrats to end so high in this fierce competition.
Mind the bandwidth of others, don't link pictures larger then 1024 wide or 960 pix high, see here
