(prompted by two similar Qs today in the sell.buy area)
So ... Which MINOLTA AF lenses came with offical Minolta lenses cases. And ... for the people that bought them new or have them in the SAME box ... was it included or was it an optical extra I know from personal knowledge that these came with cases. Can't remember which ones were boxed up together: Case: - 28-70/2.8 G - 100 soft focus (had 100 sf or 100 soft focus written on the lid and a space for the hood) - 85/1.4 MinO - 85/1.4 MinRS Box: - Minolta 300/2.8 MinO comes with a hard carry box with a handle Soft Pouch, grey: - 85/1.4 MinRS D ... and more for any more? |

Chris - have you checked the Min/Sony lens chart at Mhohner.de ? There's a column for "standard accessories" and cases (with part numbers) are specified for some lenses.

The original 1.4 and 2 x TCs came in soft gray suede cases.
The 600 f4 comes in a green/gray metal box with handles and carrying strap. Edited by DavidB - 18 April 2007 at 22:33 |

17-35/3.5 G
500/8 Reflex both came with official, hard leathercases, both included when buying. suggestion: maybe collecting all entries in the first entry, so that we have a compact overview? otherwise, as already mentioned we can have a look at www.mhohner.de Edited by binbald - 18 April 2007 at 23:12 |

Excellent Craig!
If can be helpful the 100mm macro D and 28-75 fit perfectly the LH-1044. My 2.8/100D with hood mounted doesn't fit the LH-1034 |

D type lens came with soft cases, but the RS came with hard cases or have no cases on some low quality lenses.
