If you're ever in the opportunity to visit Holland you have to visit the Openlucht Museum (Open air Museum)
It takes you through a few 100 years of Dutch history. All real buildings restored and moved to this museum. A few shots of many I took. I was with the kids so I didn't have time to dig into it......Minolta 35-70/4 1

Ah this takes me back a few years, I and my family were 'Op Vakantije' near Doorn
had a really great day out at this museum. As i remember rightly theres a row of houses that show typical Dutch homes through the centurys from turf roofed > 1980's :-) Also a fantastic Bakers shop with some of the nicest bread i have ever eaten.
Had a ride on that tram too. I also bought a book about windmills - well what else would one buy in the museum shop eh! Edited by dorian-grey - 14 August 2008 at 09:50 |

That's more than 5 shots DLNY. Some nice ones in-between though!
I like 1 (shame about the tilt) and 7. |

More than five is fine by me, if it's needed to tell a story. I find these reportage series every bit as compelling as the stunning photos that the top photographers post.
