Having just returned from 6 weeks of travels, I've just now caught up with this marvellously diverse photographic essay. Beautiful images, masterfully captured. Such variety represented here - tight shots of wildlife and other animals, vast icy vistas, overall shots of ice and icebergs juxtaposed with their fine details, the colour and scale of human settlement in this harsh world, the change of light on different days and times of day, and of course the spectacular northern lights.
A place well worth exploring one day, I hope??
