A99ii. I have two A99's and am thinking of selling them to get money towards a second A99ii.

That would be the a33-a68 choice, and Welcome to Dyxum!

I've just now cast my vote as the a99M2 arrive the other day

Currently my primary camera is the A65, but it will be replaced by A58.

When I bought my A77, I thought about it as my main camera and keep my old A700 and an A65 as backup bodies. Since I discovered that a large and heavy body is a problem for long trips (remembering I carry also a 14" laptop computer inside my backpack), I've been carrying the A65 instead (I don't want to move to e-mount yet because best bodies are very pricey and I'm not so confident with the future of Sony product lines - just remember how the brand abandoned the Betamax VC players in the past and how is keeping a-mount almost off today).

Battery life and better low-light performance (at high ISO) are also very important, so I decided to get a 4th body - an A58 (lighter and with longer battery life) - for my international trips. I also sold out my 70-300G lens (very heavy!) and decided to replace it by another Minolta 75-300 (I already had one - it's my favourite lens and despite the slower focusing speed, the image quality is almost same, so I bought a 2nd to keep as backup of the first).

Anybody could ask me why I have four bodies. Well, I love the old A700 and don't want to sell it (my wife is dentist and sometimes uses it - together a Minolta 50/2.8 macro and a ring flash - to take pictures of her works). As I'm starting to make videos of progressive rock concerts, I'm using at least 3 cameras to get images from different angles (for the latest, I used both A77 and A65 plus a small AS50 action camera).

About the A77, I plan to replace it in the future, but I'm not looking at A77 II or A68. Hope Sony release an "A79" or anything really new for APS-C SLT a-mount line, with a 36MP (or larger) sensor, great high ISO (over 12800 or 16000) performance, no time limit for movie recording and wifi or bluetooth complete remote control!

A 16-400/3.5-5.6 lens is welcome, too!

Given the "non-Alpha" choices available, I'm a tad surprised not to see "cellphone camera" in this poll...

Talking about missing options: where is α9?!?

Ok, I don't (yet?) own it, but I have seen couple of those already in the wild and one on a camera store cabinet...

I guess you'll have to wait for next years' poll, this one was started Jan 2017, no A9 in sight then.

I've been eyeing up the a900 since I started to seriously pursue photography 4 years ago and finally bought a beautiful second hand copy this past spring. I am as happy with it as I thought I would be. If I were to ever get a newer camera, it would be for better ISO and focus detection but I will never get rid of this camera. It is a real treat!
