comment:Obviously the lenses I have to compare this to are not a very apples to apples comparison. I will say though, the lens is very sharp, the AF doesn't hunt and seems accurate(though I have made no hard comparisons). I will also mention that my wife(who rarely uses the camera mind you) always notices when one of the other lenses is on because the 35 is so light and easy to shoot with.
