Appalling resolution particularly at 300mm (rates less than 3 there)
Distinct yellow colour cast

Dreadful lens - I returned it as "not of merchantable quality" - another example was no better, showing exactly the same characteristics.

A nice lens from Tokina and well built.

DOES NOT FIT SONY DIGITAL AND THE MINIMUM DISTANCE FOR CLOSE FOCUS IS TOO FAR AT 300MM.
