Cards have arrived from moo.com. I’ll write them up and post them tomorrow. I don’t think they’ll arrive as quickly from my little outpost as all the European and US activity that’s already happening. Great to see!

It arrived in quite a good shape. One central scuff where the ink has disappeared and a big one in the corner.

Her first DPE. Well done, nice photo of an exhibition in her home town.

Thanks!

@gregja ... glad your cards are ready to ship! Let's see if the USA ones arrive more quickly since I am the closest one to you.

That daffodil from @xolunanoke ... love how it just floats there. I used to love going to museums to get shots like this. @xolunanoke, is the daffodil behind glass/protection or just open for viewing? I can't tell.

@mestari ... with luck, yours will be landing in both directions soon!!

Greetings!

Thank you all for the kind words :) Being new to all this I'm pretty hard on myself lol.

@Adub128 - this is definitely behind a glass case! Extremely valuable piece. Easily one of my favorite pictures I've shot

@harm & Art: Luna's shot came from the Houston Museum of Natural Science's Lester & Sue Smith Gem Vault; It's apparently one of the finest collections of cut gems and minerals in the United States. It has round the clock guards and a pair of vault doors that are 2 feet thick! If you ever find your way to Houston, HMNS is worth a trip for sure.

I have received cards from @adub128 and @harm vb - I'm still getting used to how to upload pics on here so I'll make sure to upload those before bed this evening.

I finally received @maccrofts address and have their postcard ready to send! Just need to stop to the post office sometime this week and send it out.

This is such a cool experience

Didn't realize @jvsanchez had already uploaded mine from @adub

Here is the fern post card from @harmvb. This was shot in his backyard! As a newer lover of plants, I have an absolutely new appreciation for this.

Thanks, Harm! I love it

Received my third card from @bonneville over the weekend. I'm bad about checking the mail. We have cluster boxes in my neighborhood and it's a pain to walk over there

The shot is of Brian's snow covered hometown. Living where I do, we don't see snow very often and when we do, it's often part of a local catastrophe

I do enjoy seeing it when we visit Luna's family in NY state, and in this image .

Two cards in the post this morning, both from the USA and opposite ends of the country.

First up there's one from Steve, aka MartyMoose,

Steve's photo has been taken with a CZ Jena 20mm F4 lens and is of some garden flowers, with flare, fringing and bokeh galore. Something to be celebrated!

And then one of Brittany's (xolunanoke) at the Mercer Botanical Gardens, Houston,

I love the mottled leaf supporting the flower, with the water oozing around!

Both cards suffered a little in transit with blemishes on the main images. Thanks both for the beautiful cards.

As promised, jvsanchez's postcard received today. Just a couple of minor scratch marks, otherwise unscathed. Vibrant image of:

Vincent describes it very well himself

Thank you
