Kienitz, it's a nice picture with nice light, but not a good demonstration of ROT.
One of the main subjects is supposed to fall on one of the intersections of the 1/3 lines:  So pls. try again. Also to see the exif you need to log in, can you maybe pls. copy that into the post when you submit your next try? |

@Dr.Rex: Andrew, I'm not sure whether you intended the ROT to apply to the cross or the church since both are place at an intersection. The bulk of the church far outweighs the cross and minimizes the impact if your intention was to highlight the cross. Can you tell me what your intention was when taking the photo?

@Dash66: Welcome to Dyxum, Dave! And kudos for jumping into the assignments. The bad news... your entry is not a pass.
 On this assignment, we like to see a subject at one of the ROT intersections. The bridge itself is a bit high and spans both upper intersections. The geese might have been an appropriate subject, but were not on an intersection. The good news... you will have fun trying again.Cheers... Brian

I looked at the photo again this morning and realized that it wasn't what you all were looking for in this assignment. Oh well, this gives me an excuse to go out and take more pictures tomorrow! :-) Thanks for taking the time to evaluate it. I promise my next will work better! |
