Little Egret (Egretta garzetta). According to Wikipedia it is very similar to the new world Snowy Egret.

Your Little Egret is very similar to the Snowy but it doesn't have the Snowy's cute little yellow feet.

Great shots Jay! I like the first one best... I think the background adds some great depth to the scene. But both are fabulous.
