With Covid largely behind us the circuits opened again and that resulted in a busy schedule. Highlight of the year for sure a visit to Goodwood Festival of Speed (1 to 7) but also Spa (8 to 14) and the Eifel (15 to 18) were great again.

1) Goodmorning Goodwood.


2) McMurtry Speirling setting a new Goodwood record.


3) Mister Hill driving his dads '62 WC winning BRM P578 up the hill.


4) Ford Escort MK2 clipping a bank at the rally stage.


5) Sidecar blasting by.


6) Sam Sunderland showing off.


7) Brake checking the Ford Escort RS1700T, their first attempt at group B.


8) Cat climbing Raidillon.


9) BMW 320i Turbo through Bruxelles.


10) Kremer Porsche 956C entering Raidillon.


11) Interscope Porsche 935K3 in Bruxelles.


12) Scenery matching Chevron B19


13) Low, angular and spectaculair Marcos Mantis XP.

80's rally cars, but no Lancia Delta HF Integrale? sacrilegious!

Really nice and well executed series. I like 19 best, slightly different then the others. TFS.

What a lovely series!
#5 is the pick of the lot for me. The varied collection of cars and bikes makes it very interesting.
Some very good panning shots as well.

@Addy, you're by the way correct, I should work on more diversification in my approach. Indeed the Toyota pic was a shot at doing things a bit different. Still a panning shot but through the bushes. Similar approach can be done by using track-side spectators (as I see with race shots from renown photographers). Current day safety measures tend to kill track-side creativity regarding racing shots. Guess having an official photo tabard helps a lot with this but I've never tried to get one.

Great set ! It's not easy to get diversification in th ese reportages as you said, but sill you managed to shoot from different positions. Well done!
