Nice series Richard, it shows that you had a good vacation. I think I like #5 and #7 best but as a series they are different but still hanging nicely together with your story

252-1 is a great shot with the open mouth and circles in the water as repeating pattern Pieter! The colourcontrast blue and yellow adds to the interest as well.

Thanks Fred, success rate on these fish is rather low. 4 out of 5 shots end in the wastebasket.
More to come from my bicycle ride to Antwerp this afternoon, but here's a quicky showing tele compression of 252 mm. on 4 bridges: Highway bridge, Railway bridge, Noorderlaan bridge and Straatsburg bridge. These are the last four bridges across the Albert Canal connection into the harbour. The first and last bridge are about 1100 meter apart 252-3: Four bridges  A72 + LA-EA4 + 1.4x Kenko Teleplus Pro 300 + Sigma 180/3.5 telemacro |

Awesome framing pegelli! You've created art from a simple subject in these two shots with your composition and colour; particularly with 'Burp'. If I defocus and look at the pattern and colour alone, it remains art. |

I find the Sigma 180/3.5 telemacro an awesome macro lens with a nice rendering, adding the converter doesn't change a lot, except restricting the angle of view. 252-4: Pink flower (a kind of Dahlia?)  252-5: Shroom  252-6: Two yellow flowers (no idea what they are)  All A72 + LA-EA4 + 1.4x Kenko Teleplus Pro 300 + Sigma 180/3.5 telemacro #6 Helicon focus stack of 3 shots |

Still have a few left from my bicycle ride along the King Albert Canal last week

250mm is not my favourite length, but Pieter and Michael have shown the possibilities Next option for me is Day 270 (135mm x 2). |
