Me and my girlfriend went to Museum Voorlinden in Wassenaar, The Netherlands. We went to see the Anselm Kiefer exhibition. The last time we where there was on our second date (little over three months ago) and in the swimming pool I stole my first little kiss.
First the permanent collection (Laowa 4mm f/2.8 Circular Fisheye on the modest A6100, I love the weirdness of this little gem): 1: Selfie in the Swimming Pool 2: Leandro Erlich, 2016, Swimming Pool 3: Richard Serra, 2007-2008, Open Ended 4: Ron Mueck, 2013, Couple under an Umbrella And then what we came for: 5: Anselm Kiefer, 2014-2017, Samson (l), 2023, Herbst (r) 6: Anselm Kiefer, Bicycle 7: Anselm Kiefer, tetraptych with bicycles 8: Anselm Kiefer, Museum Voorlinden Hall 6 9: Anselm Kiefer, 2019, Sichelschnitt Edited by Snegren - 06 January 2024 at 19:45 |

Nice series with that 4 mm Paul, especially 6, 8 and 9.
But the two happy smiling faces in #1 made my day! |

Thanks Leo. I discovered Voorlinden through your images. Been there several times, I love the vibe there and the swimming pool always gets me smiling. That lovely 7.5mm fish has eluded me. Makes great planets! |

Another great start Leo
Today we started week 2 for f/l between 8 and 14 mm. Since I sold my 12 mm it will only be a 10 mm APS-C zoom-end for me this week, but I do hope to see many more photos from others in this range |

And personally I got only one 14 mm lens for this week, as my wider option (LAOWA 10-18 @ 10 mm) has been sold or perhaps more accurately traded... |

My 10 mm crop, from a walk through the park around castle Hallehof (Halle-Zoersel, Belgium)
10-1: Foreground stump 10-2: Poor mans shift option of the castle (keep camera vertical and straight, then only use the top square) 10-3: After all the rain the past weeks the park had quite a few ice-floors 10-4: Leaves and barn All A6000 + E10-18/4 @ 10 mm That's it for this week, next week I'll be much busier with a 15, 16, 17, two 20's and two 21's. Not sure I have time to use them all |

Two of three lenses this week, APS-C, I haven't used my nex-3 in a year, and the shutter sound is worse (yes that's possible LOL) like it's a death rattle, but still functional....
Walkabout last night, rainy, didn't take tripod, then the rain stopped of course LOLz ... Samyang (mine says Rokinon) 12/2 ... I forget how awesome this lens is, the Laowa 9/2.8 is smaller and wider, but both focus to within three inches of the lens hood, which is spectacular! 12.1 the Banyan of Round Lake Walkabout this moning with an old copy of Samyang (mine says Rokinon) 8/2.8 fisheye, equally spectacular size and close focus ... 8.1 (No Common Name) Copernica berteroana - backlit 8.2 (No Common Name) Copernica berteroana - upangle |
