Wow djmurdok, really liked the ones you put on the last page.
Theresa: sorry but I don't like it, looks like a lot of photoshop filters to me?
Spring is really late this year in The Netherlands, but yesterday was great weather so I took my A850 and 135STF to take some pictures, just before the first BBQ of this year (normally we do that in early march already).
#1: Tiny flowers, peaking up
#2: Small peach tree in the garden
#3: Cheating, these are cut flowers from the shops...

Way out of my comfort zone here using my minolta 20mm.
Shoulda stopped down just a tad, maybe it would have calmed that bokeh down a little? I never use this lens so I really don't know...

Nice shots Pavel, Gardengary, I like the contrsting colors in your shot between the purple and white flowers. Brian33, I like that 'Bokeh. Dudger, I'm curious now what that 'Doo-da' is, i.e. how does it look and what does it do to make the pics look that way. C-Hass, I can see that picture as an 'Inspirational' type poster in someone's office somewhere. Dipsausje, nice shots, but why is store bought flowers cheating?
Theresa, just wondering if that truly was the image you meant to display here, just curious. It does look like a lot of PS filters were used to process it.
Anyway, I have a question about the following, if it's OK, or should I start it in the open views? Anyway, is the 'yellow' tulip in the background at the top right corner distracting in this picture?

Thanks, in this case I called it cheating because my post started with the whole story about it finally being spring again. And the bought flowers are imported/grown in a greenhouse...
I really like your image, you chose the perfect position to show the natural flow of the flower. The tulip and colours in the background (looks like left to me..) are somewhat distracting but only after you mentioned it, didn't see them before I read your text.
