Thanks for the comment. There are a lot of shorebirds at Huntley this time of year - I suppose they're stopping by on their southward migration. The osprey is gone, but the water level isn't high enough (in the main wetland area) to have large fish this time of year. The beavers have been reconfiguring the wetlands quite extensively in the last year. And it's quite interesting to see the large trenches they built on the main wetland area - where water is fed to a smaller region while giving them swimming space.

Beautiful shots Winston.
I love the snipe-chase.
The feathers (?) on the water really add to the livelihood of the pictures.
