Next Saturday (2020 September the 19th) Fred_S and I intend to go to the Waterleidingduinen to look for Fox(es), deer, and a lovely sunrise (if any).
It's close to Haarlem and we'll start half an hour before sunrise at 06:45. It'll take to about 10:00 when we have coffee at the start point. Send me a PM if you want to join, and I'll send you the details. It'll all be on foot. Bikes and cars are not allowed. Edited by Dopol - 14 September 2020 at 12:39 |

In your case, you can get to Zandvoort by train and then on foot. If you make it to Zandvoort at 4 AM, this shouldn't be much of a problem. We might even pick you up Edited by Dopol - 14 September 2020 at 15:36 |

I hope you had fun and good light Domien and Fred.
It's good I didn't plan to come, since as of friday Noord- and Zuid-Holland are determined to be a "Red Zone" in the eyes of the Belgian authorities, which means it's not allowed for us to go there and if we were there we have to self quarantine for 14 days after returning (with a fine of up to 4500 Euro if you fail to comply ) Now the only thing I'm waiting for is the group shot and the other photos |

We saw the fox as it suddenly crossed our path, without warning, in low light. We photographically missed it. And then it warned all other foxes to stay out of our sight
But we did see enormous amounts of fallow deer, both bucks and does. Well, 'us' being red zone may compensate for the many times 'you' were red zone. Photos will follow |

We missed the "team shot" as well, but furthermore is was a great mini DM .
Social distance was easy, we hardly didn't see any other human beings until the end of our 11km walk. |
