I'll try to keep up with the posts, but I'd really like to finish my Photo150 challenge before taking on anything additional.

Next year maybe

I'm in - pic a day - lenses TBD (only have a few primes with me - 20/2.8, 28/2, 35/2, 50/2.8 & 100/2.8), might stick with just one of these until I get home as I rather fancy giving the 200/2.8 a go. Connection with the internet is a bit limited at present, so I may be a bit late posting the first week or so.

Integrate the 150 challenge in the Oktoberfest Don't know your rules for 150, but a 3/week Oktoberfest challenge might fit.

I will probably join. Lenses TBD - probably either the Sony 20/1.8G or the Zeiss Batis 135/2.8 - using both might be a stretch......

I had wondered if I could double up, but my Photo150 does have a telephoto theme, which is (almost) always the Tamron 150-500. Which isn't a prime or a zoom. The nature of the Photo150 is I tend to swap lenses around a lot but stick to few themes. The nature of Oktoberfest is to restrict the lenses but not the themes.

(The Week50 might be easier as I could use up one of my few remaining 'wild cards' to replace a telephoto with a 50mmm shot)

You could use an event pass for your 150 challenge zoom lens.

Re. my lenses - I still have the Samyang 45/1.8 and maybe give that a try. Didn't like it in the past, maybe it will grow on me

A little hesitant, but I'll have a go. Lenses will be a-mounts Samyang 24mm f3.5 Tilt/Shift, and Carl Zeiss 135mm f1.8 Sonnar. Using either the a99ii or a7iv via LA-EA5 adapter.

Just still in doubt: the longer challenges/contests cause me always a lot of trouble/stress....

Last week of the month I'll be in France for a holiday, followed by a weekend with friends, organised by me. Before that time work is always a bit time consuming.

I'll give it (another) try: I'll put on my A7iii either the SEL90M28G for some macro's or the 24mm for some pano-shots.

Frequency: 3 or maybe 5 pics a week.

Maybe I'll take with me to France only primes
Harm, with A7iv+A7iii plus 6-400mm glass.

It's the right time to decide what lenses to use.

I've decided to put the Minolta glass with the LA-EA5 or LA-EA4r on E-mount or the A77II to the test (camera's are: Sony nex3c, A77II, A7Rii, A7III to choose from).

The lens choise Minolta 35f2 (RS) and the Sigma 150-500@150 DG OS HSM (i can lock it at 150 with a lock switch being lazy - we'll leave the switch where it is).

All types of extra lights are allowed in all conditions.

3 images a week (more if possible).

Time to declare my lenses, I'll go light and small this time, with the "miniature" Voigtländer Color Skopar 21/4 and the "skinny" M-Elmar 90/4. That should keep the bag small and the weight down during my bicycle tours to get the photos.

I haven't used the 6.5mm F2 in a while, and it is fun. Probably will pick something longer too. A7RIV.
