I've been a Lightroom users since V1 and RawShooter before that. I've gone through the growing pains with everyone else and ended up with a stable product I liked and was happy to pay for new features when they were available. When Adobe moved to the subscription model, like many others I looked for an alternative, and settled with ON1.

I'm quite satisfied with it as a hobbyist, its relatively inexpensive and has an aggressive update schedule unlike Lightroom which is quite mature and not had any substantial updates of value for some years now.

Is anyone else using ON1? Thoughts??

Yes, Iíve been using for a number of years now and prefer it other than lens profiles. All photos Iíve posted in recent years have been edited with on1. It is a personal preference. Everyone has to decide what works best for him or her. There a few LR features Iíd like to see in On1. I still use LR for some things.

I use it a lot.
Still have LR as my main PP tool, but there are many nice and funny features in On1.
I've had some technical problems (Wacom tablet, links between LR and On1. But everything seems to work.
I also like courses and advice videos. All in all, I'm a content On1 user
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken

I did have a stability problem, solved by changing the nvidia driver to the stable "Studio" version. However no worse than the various LR stability issues over the years.
