@addy landzaat IMO, the Sony/Zeiss 55/1.8 is an interesting lens in that it can really provide that 'pop' and '3D' effect that CZ lenses are often known for. The two images you provide certainly demonstrate these characteristics wonderfully. I too have this lens but I don't use it nearly enough or as often as I'd like to. Instead, I oftentimes find myself reaching for vintage CZ Jena lenses, mostly to play with their MFD and out-of-fucus blur. The images you've shared are a great reminder for me of these other exceptional properties and some motivation to go out and try and reproduce some of that '3D' and 'pop'. Thanks for sharing these and for reminder of what this lens is capable of.
