A lens introduced in 1959, principally for use with the SR-1 camera.

This seems to be the AR2 version with the longer body and 55 filter threads but only closes down to f/16. It has 8 shiny curved aperture blades and detents only at whole stops. It focuses a bit closer than the 0.5 m marking.

These are all taken with a Sony A7II using a Neewer MD-NEX adapter. The locking mechanism on the adapter wasn't locking which made using the lens a bit annoying.
