Thanks for the kind comments. Margie is rather shy and I need a telephoto to get shots of her. For Braxton, I need a wide-angle, weatherproof macro lens.

I'm late in replying, but I can only agree with the others: some cracking shots you've got there, Brian!

Oh and here's a birthday card the feline helped me with.

I forgot to turn off the bloody monitor... but didn't want to have the cat endure it again!

One of our rascals... keeping an eye on the birds in the yard. 1/60 f2.8 ISO 250, 200mm cropped to about 12.7MP. He is very hard to photograph. In this shot, the black in his coat is around 2-3% over a large area, the white in his neck is around 96-97%(LR RGB values).

Thanks Mitchins, he is hiding, in fact. That's a polyester-something tunnel we bought for him, about 50cm long (we've got two attached together). It's one of his favourite 'hide and attack' places, after carboard boxes

Chris, great job with that high ISO shot!
Dave, it may be difficult to shoot, but he looks very nice (we wanted a 'b&w cat' ourselves, but couldn't find one when we got Iailuu).
