I've listed my excellent used condition Sony Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* 24-70mm F/2.8 ZA SSM on eBay in a 7 day auction at a start price of AU$890.00 (approx Eu561, US$598, and GBP490) plus postage at cost.
Reason for the sale is that Sony Australia were offering cash back bonuses on a selection of cameras and lenses, and I was able to buy a new SEL FE 2470F28 G Master at a very keen price and thus once again succumbed to GAS.

How are you finding the FE lens - how does it compare optically with the A-mount lens? I am considering a FF E-mount body and will mainly use A-mount glass via an LA-EA5 - but a native lens of this range would be a very attractive option.

Back from travels and now re-listed Carl Zeiss 24-70mm f2.8 Vario-Sonnar ZA SSM on eBay. Worldwide sale, postage as per calculator.
Current exchange rate equivalent to approx Eu.583, US$636, GBP520.

Re-listed this Carl Zeiss 24-70mm f2.8 Vario Sonnar SSM ZA on eBay for sale worldwide at a start price of AU$790.00.
At current exchange rates that's around Eu.508, US$538, and GBP448.
