I'm not sure how, but the viewfinder on my A6500 has been moved out of alignment - instead of being parallel with the back of the camera, it now sits so that the top left corner of the viewfinder is a couple of mm back.

The EVF still functions perfectly but it's not right!

Because I'm paranoid about the exposed monitor - my other bodies all let me flip the monitor to face the body - (I thought) I'd been very careful to protect the back of the camera, but clearly not careful enough. I can't think of any incident that would explain the misalignment, but I can't believe that it's been out ever since I unboxed it; I couldn't be that unobservant!

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

The viewfinder isn't interested in returning to its correct position with gentle pressure, so I suspect I'm going to need my trusty #00 to loosen a few screws first. If folk have been down this road previously, any idea how many tiny screws I'll need to move to access that part of the body?
