Again, thank you all for your kind response! I will add some images to the Lisbon thread as well.

Awesome, Harald!

I don't know how I missed this set, but #9 caught my attention in the Exhibition and I had to check out the original post! So happy I did! This is overall one of my favorite sets of photos I've viewed recently! Love the subject (of course I love anything on rails), the compositions, the black and white treatment, the evening hour, and of course the setting! Super! Love them all but if I had to pick favorites it would be No.s 1, 5, and 10. Any of those would have, could have made the weekly exhibition IMO.

Kind regards,
Kelly

I love old trams and you've done them proud here. The mono treatment and shooting after sunset is very effective in the narrow streets. I've never been to Portugal but have ridden on a Lisbon tram, an example from 1930 runs on the Birkenhead tramway in northwest England.

Love this set. Very atmospheric and moody, and very fitting of the subject matter.
Perhaps a couple might be added to the Cities, Lisboa, Portugal thread.

Wow, great set.
Indeed, very moody and completely "spot on".
TFS.

Thank you for your kind comments! It's been a fun night to wait for the trolley cars pass by and take photos of them - so I am glad I could share it!

Beautiful, Harald. BW mode let you keep the atmosphere of the past. Only this modern van on #10 is interrupting this beautiful series.
I like them all. TFS

Really liked this set Harald, hope you don't mind it reminded me of your Third Man and some of your San Francisco night shoots, now I hear that unforgettable zitar in the background.

They look like the 1920s.
If I understand correctly the information I found, the old Remodelados on Lisbon tram network were built between 1935 and 1940.
