Thanks for organising this challenge Harald
With almost the shortest day and horrible weather forecast here this will become a real challenge, probably ending up with some desperate indoor shots. Happy shooting all!

Thank you, Fred!

And yes, there should be always a plan B (indoors)!

Day 1 is right to plan B, rain almost the entire day. I know there is no bad weather for photography, only insufficient equipment protection, but I didn't feel motivated to get soaked myself. So an inside experimental shot with a piece of fruit that didn't come out too bad I think.
Good start by all, I especially liked James' carports and Alan's photo made me a bit sad indeed.
Mind the bandwidth of others, don't link pictures larger then 1024 wide or 960 pix high, see here

It was unexpectedly sunny today, probably the best of the week but other commitments stopped me making full photographic use of it. Tomorrow sounds very wet.

Did you use "BB code" for the link?

It only gives that option in Chrome versions. This BB option is not available on mobile (android) devices unfortunately.

1. Go to the picture in Flickr that you want to share
2. Press the arrow pointing right for share
3. You get a screen with share-embed-email-bbcode on top.
4. Choose BBCode
5. Pick your size (for the thumbnails it is different than the day thread)
6. Take the link.
7. And copy/past it here

It should be that simple.

Got it thanks. For some reason you can't get a BB Code from an iPad. Fired up the Laptop and there it was.

Hopefully worth the hassle, thanks again!

No luck with the weather today, had to take shelter in a railway station to take pics as 50+ year old lenses have zero weather sealing. 50 mm for day one, I hope 2 inches for tomorrow (and I don't mean snow, if that makes any sense).
Unspoken expectations are the foundation on which disappointment is built
