also been listening again to a man named Mark Lowry. familiar?
(guess he's mostly known within religious circles? I, for one, am not religious at all, but hope it goes without saying I truly respect anyone's beliefs and paradigms?!!).
he happens to be very religious ( -it's what he talks about- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRCHVWEkOU8 ).

1st time I heard this, I laughed so hard. but every time I have been watching it since, I still think it's so d*rn funny?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3lp0z981iM -after 1 min.40sec.-

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46fk02enulQ -after 25 sec.-

etcetera? ;)

I am going down the YouTube rabbit hole listening to Postmodern Jukebox put a vintage spin on modern tunes. Here is a 20's style rendition of the Deep Purple classic Smoke on the Water.
To see is to enjoy. To see beyond is to rejoice.

I’m not sure what that’s a reference to, but here’s a review - https://www.theguardian.com/music/2022/jun/26/paul-mccartney-at-glastonbury-2022?CMP=Share_iOSApp_Other - that gives a good idea of what was covered. For me, the Abbey Road medleys were the pick of the crop.

When Four Five Seconds by Paul McCartney, Rihanna and Kanye West was released, some of Kanye's fans commended Kanye for promoting this new talent named Paul McCartney.

Glee is a television series about a choir in an American High School and they tell the story with famous songs, among them Beatles songs.

Thank you for the link!

Ah yes. I never watched Glee, but Macca certainly did songs that they might have covered.
