Now that Sir Boris has unrolled the UK road map to ending lockdown we may actually be getting closer to some sort of normal by the latter half of this year. Wouldn't it be a morale booster to pencil in a Dyxum meet for a day in, say, September?

Leaving the when as a definite maybe, we could start to throw around suggestions for where, and who.

Anyone?

I'd certainly be interested, but it would have to later in September for me.

I would also be interested, subject to travelling distance all the way from West Wales.

This is looking very good everyone, and still those to come

So, suggestions for a location, although I appreciate wherever is chosen will always be a trek for some. London is always a possibility, I would love to visit the 02 arena area, especially the old docks. Oxford was almost ticked last time. Or.......... over to you

Timing is everything for me I'm afraid - I have a couple of weeks in Cornwall booked for mid September plus a family wedding in July (finally!) so that may rule me out anyway but I will keep a watching eye on the thread!

Take care all and best regards, Neil.

How about Bristol?
With the docks, the suspension bridge, the Great Britain and Cabot tower it's full of photographically interesting places within a short walk of the centre.
Miranda F & Sensorex, Sony A7Rii, A58, Nex-6, Dynax 4, 5, 60, 500si/600si/700si/800si, various Sony & Minolta lenses, several Tamrons, lots of MF primes and *far* too many old film cameras ...

I would still like to do Oxford at some point, but Bristol can be good too. Bit of a trek, but happy to travel once I'm finally allowed to again!!

Oxford is easy for me, of course, but Bristol is manageable too. London also good.
