I'm glad to report my actual 7x5 inch postcards have arrived from Snapfish, printed on 350 gsm card and gloss laminated on the front 'to enhance and protect the picture'.

All my cards are going some way - Newcastle, Israel, USA x2, and Australia, so we'll soon see how well they survive!

@Hezu, very nice shot that you sent to @bonneville. So that is a pond, not pavement, right? It looks like it could be a driveway!
After posting the original to themed views and getting reply from Fred_S, I already commented that it is a part of a small stream, although in this specific location it is slightly wider since on the side the picture was taken there is a pathway and the water flows to the other side on a culvert.

@aplmike -- I just bought some 4x6 Avery labels to try them out. I use the postcard backs from the Photographer's Edge that are available from Amazon, and previously the ones sold by The2Buds (who don't sell them anymore). Avery labels are a lot cheaper. For the image side, I use an Epson XP-960 along with Epson photo paper, printed from Lightroom Classic.

@Hezu -- thanks for the additional info. Great Fall scene.

First arrival in my letter box today from @Gregja in Syndey. It's a picture of Sydney's Wynyard station and its new and old escalators. The old escalators are now piece of art. Thanks Greg!

and the stamp

C & C always welcome

I will, Fred. I haven't been out your way in decades! Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to meet a few Dyxumers in person. One visiting from Japan and the others are local southern Californians at a little meetup we held many years ago now. All, let me know if you're in the area! Coffee/beer/food is on me!

Thanks for the offer Art! I'll keep it in mind.
All Californians here okay with the ongoing fires at the moment?

We're about 25 miles away from the nearest fire. With the significant rain here last winter, we're now in the classic California rain, hyper plant growth, dry season, fire season, and then mudslide pattern. Thanks for thinking of us.

Cheers! Next day delivery, first class; it'll take a while for the others to get to their destinations - Israel, USA (x2) and Oz.
