Week A Day 1, CZ 24-70mm f2.8 Vario-Sonnar at its 24mm end.
A shot from above, perhaps a bit more dynamic than my entry, but I decided on the straight on view in the end, without the exaggerated perspective.

Week A Day 2, CZ 24-70mm f2.8 Vario-Sonnar at its 24mm end.
Two more shots of that striking modern architectural residence in the dramatic winter light.
The first of them I feel is marred by the intrusion of the residence next door, behind the tree.

The second is interesting as a detail but my entered image is a far stronger photo of the whole.

Week A Day 3, CZ 24-70mm f2.8 Vario-Sonnar at its 24mm end.
Interesting enough, but sparser than my entry which fills the frame with colour and texture.

Week A Day 4, CZ 24-70mm f2.8 Vario-Sonnar at its 24mm end.
Shot from a higher level than my entry, giving a better overview of the shoreline and the rock groins, but devoid of any people and therefore having less interest.

This one with walkers, interesting shadows, and was a line ball with my entry but in the end I preferred that one for the coloured path with the graphics in the foreground.

Week A Day 6, CZ 24-70mm f2.8 Vario-Sonnar at its 24mm end.
The streetscape in High Street Armadale, near the Antiques Emporium where I took the photo of the display window that is my next out-take.

The shopfront display of Armadale Antique Emporium with its Art Deco lamps and glassware, and reflected heritage streetscape.

Week A Day 7, CZ 24-70mm f2.8 Vario-Sonnar at its 24mm end.
Some out-takes of 'The sun and the moon' sculptures that I liked less than my entry.

The non-christo-bridge in Wilsele (on the High-speed train line between Brussels and Leuven).

I've been told the bridge needs urgent repairs...
