A few extra from my day 2 trip to Brasschaat castle

Front view:

Looking over the hedge

Other variant of "enjoying the view", I liked the one posted in the main thread better.

A couple of out-takes from Week A, Day 3. Same subject, camera (a99ii) and lens (Sigma 15mm f2.8 EX DG Linear Fisheye) as my entry.
First one looking up.

This one was line ball for selection with my entry - literally a toss-up between them.

24 mm isn't very good focal length for wildlife photography:

First, little series in form of unboxing (shot with α7R IV + Sony FE 1.4/24 GM):

1. Ok, Posti delivered me a heavily-taped brown cardboard box

2. So, inside there is some airbag padding and two black boxes (the smaller one is not clearly visible in the photo)

3. Sides of those boxes then finally tell what is supposed to be inside.

4. I was somewhat surprised that the box of this 65 mm is so much bigger

5. And lenses seem to be in fine condition (I bought them second hand)

Initial impressions confirm my idea that I might use these for the weeks B and C of this challenge rather than the "boring" Sony FE lenses.

And then something completely different I spotted when searching for a subject for today's picture (even considered to choose this, but decided against since I cropped this from the left side):

6. Tight parking

Out-take from Week A, Day 4. Same subject, camera (a99ii) and lens (Sigma 15mm f2.8 EX DG Linear Fisheye) as my entry. It was really line-ball between the two for me.

A few more from the new children's playground they are building in the next town:

1: Another tube (liked the main one better)

2: Different view through a tube

3: And an "all natural" climbing rack

1. Alternative take of my day A2 shot - more DOF.

2. Grey days are not ideal - a local mill converted into flats.

And one from yesterday evening, the pluviometer in our garden showing why going out shooting is somewhat restricted the last two days

My alternative B2 shot would have been this cat in a well
