After seeing Leo's new Taylor Hobson 35/1.6 projection lens I was inspired to venture into the garden with my Kinon 3,5cm.

A new little project for a lens transplant landed today.

Trioplan 1:4.5 f=7.8cm, SN 571142 (taking lens) and SN955271 (viewing lens)

It looks like a TLR Reflekta, but in that case the name plate on top of the body has gone.

However, a quick search on the web did not disclose any other Reflekta's with the f=7.8cm. Most of them with Trioplan lenses are with the 1:3.5 f=7.5cm
Even Camera-wiki doesn't mention a version with the f.8cm Trioplan.

This one has a Prontor II shutter, convieniantly with a T mode.

Here is a comparison with my Reflekta II, with Trioplans 1:3.5/75mm, SN 1301743 (taking lens) and SN 1301338 (view lens), with a Cludor shutter, and without the T function. This view lens was used to take the first picture in this post.

The latest aquisition seems a bit easier to take off the main lens.

Perhaps a bit slow at f/4.5, but a 7,8cm Trioplan would be welcome any day. Great catch Fred!

And another one; the Trioplan 100 even can do bokeh but without soap bubbles or froth
