Topic: 75-300 F4.5-5.6 Beercan Lens Cleaning Posted: 01 August 2023 at 00:10 |
Hi, I recently bought the 75-300 lens for cheap, only to realize the amount of fungus on the lens. I've been scouring through the internet looking for ways to disassemble the glass and clean it, but most of them seems to be repair guide/aperture cleaning. Does anyone have a good tutorial on cleaning the glass? Cheers.

Unless if you have a lot of time and are keen for a challenge; I would advise against that as it is possible to get one in better condition for $30-50 on platforms like e-bay.
Since the growth of e-mount; I have found that the value of old minolta glass has plummeted. |

The disassembly guide can be found over on "allphotolenses.com", Here
Not much in the way of taking apart the various glass groups from memory and nothing about how to clean them. |
