The wonderful bokeh from 3.5/135 Primotar is no surprise to me. I've been enjoying that lens for many years. It is a lens you need to use in ways that capture its strength, otherwise, it could be disappointing.

Certainly not. We also attracted/created a few new Meyer users. I was thinking of a year with cats (catadioptric). Don't know how popular that would be.

Thanks all for this great Year with Meyer!
I have learned (and spent ) a lot this year and enjoyed all your contributions. The year is over, but the Meyer fever will probably stick forever.
There are 17 Meyers/Pentacons in my cabinet now.

Respectable number Fred!

I imagine we can keep this thread alive for another year...

There is some oxide on the outside, but glass and mechanics are fine. But for 35 + some shipping I felt it was not a bad deal.

35 is a no-brainer Fred!

A no brainer indeed. Here it is, including leather case and cap!

M42, alu version SN1385572. Needs some polishing, but glass and mechanics are fine
(shot with Primoplan 1.9/58mm on A99ii)
