I currently shoot with the a9ii and I'm capped at ISO 25,600 when using electronic shutter.
Does the a1 have that same limitation? I can't seem to find the info anywhere. And before anyone asks...yes...I need that high of ISO for my work. |

Looking further on Ken Rockwell's site, I noticed the A7r4 and A7r5 don't have a limited ISO range with the electronic shutter. But depending on your usecase, rolling shutter might be a problem.

The rolling shutter COULD be a potential issue. The bigger issue is large file size and the limits of the electronic shutter (10fps just doesn't cut it).
I love EVERYTHING about the a9ii but the ISO capabilities. Which is becoming a big deal in what I shoot. |

I did an extremely short experiment with my A1.
ISO102.400 and shutter speed 1/32.000s It photographed But I can say it's a little noisy And another experiment, the same ISO but a shutter speed of 1/640s Still a little noisy But it functions Success with the Swiss Cheese |

There is a rumour that there will be a new A9iii within the next couple of months. @Domien: |
