I was doing some pretty heavy shooting over the weekend and I kept getting this error message I've never seen before. I've tried for about an hour now and cannot replicate the error on the same exact setup and I apologize for any vagueness.

When using my A99 + grip a Samsung EVO 128GB in slot 1 and Samsung EVO 64GB in Slot 2 and either Sony 28-75 SAM or Minolta 80-200 2.8 on high burst, I'd occasionally get an error message that said something along the lines of "Error recording ---- verify database ---- this may interfere with external editing".

It would then take about half a minute before I could continue shooting and as far as I can tell I didn't lose any images.

Anyone know a source or way of preventing this in the future?

I encountered this problem with on A77m2 with a SanDisk 90MB/s sdcard.
It appeared I had bought a counterfeit on ebay.
Bought a new sdcard at local brick n mortar store and voila problem solved.
